Ready, Set

Today is the day we set off on our epic Honeymoon adventure, with my my family.  I've spent the last five days doing pretty much nothing but getting ready, so I feel pretty prepared.  I don't even have my usual feeling of certainty that I am forgetting something important....
Now that I've remembered to put my wedding ring on, I am quite sure I'm not missing anything.  We are all packed and everything is in place.

I'm not sure Darcy will be able to get that sword through security.  But I am going to be wearing this hat all the time, which Darcy is super excited about.

We are going through almost every western European country (except for three.  A fun guessing game is figuring out which ones we are going to miss).  At this time tomorrow, we will be in Europe touring a famous palace.

I hope to blog every night, but that may not happen.  Anyways, evening for us is pretty much the middle of the night for Canada, so hopefully you'll have a thoughtful, interesting and exciting read every morning.  And then you can come check this blog.

Maybe Darcy will write some posts, so there won't be as many totally sweet jokes.
